Los Angeles is home to many cultures from all over the world. It is the second largest city in the United States of America and has a population of approximately seventeen point seven million. It is billed as the creative capital of the world as one in every six of the people living in LA work in a creative industry.
Arts and ideas are obviously never far from people's minds and Los Angeles is a fantastically fertile place for an imagination and an entrepreneur. Allegedly in Los Angeles there are more creative types: artists, writers, actors, dancers, film makers and musicians living in Los Angeles than in any other city in the world and at any point in history. Whilst this is fairly typical Los Angelean hyperbole it does make a salient point for those with creative ideas or who want to work in the arts.
If there are ideas which you believe would be successful either as a work of inspiration or as a more typical work of financial remuneration then Los Angeles is a good place to trial it. It is worth noting the demographic of Los Angeles before trialling an artistic creation or idea. Approximately 41% of LA residents speak Spanish as a first language only one per cent those that speak English as a first language. It is important to realise the different tastes that these people have as this will undoubtedly affect how successful whatever endeavour you pursue actually is. Los Angeles residents have their own opinion on everything so expect criticism.
